Alfa Wassermann Diagnostic Technologies Awarded Omega NorthFace
Scoreboard Award
WEST CALDWELL, NJ – April 16, 2008 - Alfa Wassermann Diagnostic Technologies, LLC (AWDT) has announced it has been awarded the Omega NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for the sixth consecutive year. AWDT is being recognized for its exemplary service to its customers as well as its commitment to exceed all customer expectations.
AWDT received the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award for its consistently high customer satisfaction ratings throughout the 2007 calendar year, as measured by the Omega Management Group Corp. Omega presents the award to companies each year based on periodic measurements of the satisfaction levels of their customers. Customers are asked to rate candidates in terms of their overall satisfaction with client service in several categories. AWDT was selected as a NorthFace ScoreBoard recipient based on its scoring of four-point-zero or above (on a five-point scale) for the past year in the Distributor Sales Organization, Overall On-Site Service, Order Processing, and Deliveries categories.

Napoli, is delighted with receiving the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award, stating: “Achieving this recognition for the sixth consecutive year truly validates our ongoing commitment to the success and product satisfaction of our customers.
