Glucose Reagents

Glucose reagents are chemicals used in determining blood sugar levels. Glucose reagents vary, depending on the type of glucose level testing being performed. There are glucose reagents that change color to indicate glucose levels in serum, glucose reagents that measure glucose blood levels on exposure to ultraviolet light, or respond to glucose hexokinase or glucose oxidase, both for determination of total serum glucose levels.
