Diagnostics UltraCrit
UltraCrit is a new, point-of-care (POC) device that accurately measures hematocrit with cell counter accuracy. It uses ultrasound technology, which is unlike any competing device. Accuracy is the primary benefit of this technology. Extensive tests show an accuracy of <0.4% Hct and a precision of <0.8% CV at 41 Hct. The linearity is 10.3 - 72.0% Hct. The device eliminates user subjectivity and offers a USB port that may be used to communicate/download test results directly to a computer....
