Carolina Liquid Chemistries can provide support and service on all Beckman Synchron CX® Chemistry systems, newer and older models: CX3®, CX4®, CX5CE®, CX5 PRO®, CX7®, CX7 Delta®, CX9®, CX9 PRO®, and LX®20. Service contracts are available and hourly rates typically 40% lower than OEM rates. Service engineers perform on-site repair, maintenance and troubleshooting. Carolina's Medical Technologists provide on-site assistance with validation studies, setting up new assays, training and re-training.

Carolina Liquid Chemistries offers a more personalized approach to customer service where customers speak directly to technical representatives, and when the phone is answered by a person there is no need to go through a series of prompts, enter a serial number or provide a user ID.

Carolina Chemistries offers refurbished Synchron CX/LX instruments and the complete line of liquid ready to use reagents in bar coded cartridges all dedicated for use on Synchron CX®, DX®, and LX®systems.
