Newsletter Spam Filters

To avoid missing any correspondance from Physicians Office Resource including our monthly newsletters and special products announcements, please be sure to add us to your anti-spam as acceptable recipients.
Below are the steps you will need to following for some of the more common email applications. If yours is not listed, please be sure to contact your email administrator to inlclude Phyisicians Office Resource.

AOL Users: Spam filtering used by AOL may direct your Physicians Office Resource newsletters to your junk or bulk email folder. In order to prevent this from happening, please add newsletter@PhysiciansOfficeResource.com to your address book.

Hotmail and MSN Users: Spam filtering used by Hotmail and MSN may direct your Physicians Office Resource newsletters to your junk or bulk email folder. In order to prevent this from happening, we recommend:

1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN account
2. Click on "options"
3. Click on "safe list"
4. Add newsletter@PhysiciansOfficeResource.com to your safe list

Yahoo Users: Spam filters used by Yahoo may direct your Physicians Office Resource newsletters to your junk or bulk email folder. In order to prevent this from happening, we recommend:

1. Login to your Yahoo account
2. Click on "Mail Options"
3. Click on "Filters"
4. To the right of "From header contains," type newsletter@PhysiciansOfficeResource.com
5. To the right of "Then...Move the message to," select "Inbox"
6. Click the "Add Filter" button

Microsoft Outlook Users: Just add newsletter@PhysiciansOfficeResource.com to your Safe Senders list.
