Once the number of complimentary CPT Searches have expired you will be required to purchase the premium content ($49.99) in order to access the CPT reimbursement rates and codes.

The premium content services listed below will automatically renew annually based upon the original purchase date of the premium content. To discontinue the automatic renewal service, the subscriber must contact our customer support center.

REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the purchase of your premium content or products provided that you have not used any products or used any premium content, including (but not limited to) searching for CPT codes. Physicians Office Resource does not provide a refund on premium content if you have used any of the premium content services or solutions.
