PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.
The legal agreements set out below govern your use of CommunityCONNECT™ on www.physiciansofficeresource.com and your purchase of any product available on CommunityCONNECT, including CodeQuick. CommunityCONNECT is provided as a service by Medical Education Resources, LLC (the “Company” or “Physicians Office Resource” or “we”, “us” or “our”). You should read these Terms of Sale (which apply to your purchases of services provided through this Website) in conjunction with the Terms of Service (which applies to all your use of services on this Website whether you purchase those services or they are provided for free) and our Privacy Policy Statement (which applies to all of your use of this website). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

TERMS OF SALE FOR COMMUNITYCONNECT™

PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUND POLICY

Physicians Office Resource accepts these forms of payment: credit cards issued by U.S. banks, including American Express, Discover, Visa, JCB and Diners Club/Carte Blanche. If a credit card is being used for a transaction, Physicians Office Resource may obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction. Your credit card will be billed for the full amount of the purchase.

You agree that you will pay for all products and premium content you purchase through the CommunityCONNECT, and that Physicians Office Resource may charge your credit card for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING PHYSICIANS OFFICE RESOURCE WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the credit card you designate either during the registration process or at time of checkout. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must change your information online in the My Account section of CommunityCONNECT.

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product or premium content. We will charge tax only in states where digital goods are taxable. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions.

The premium content services listed below will automatically renew annually based upon the original purchase date of the premium content. To discontinue the automatic renewal service, the subscriber must contact our customer support.
Premium Content Services:

Physicians Office Resource and CommunityCONNECT comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard to protect cardholder data from unauthorized access. For additional information see our Privacy Policy.

All sales of products and premium content are final.

Prices for products and premium content offered via CommunityCONNECT may change at any time, and the products or premium content do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If a product or premium content becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download or use, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product or premium content, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by Physicians Office Resource.
ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING
Your use of CommunityCONNECT includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make transactions electronically. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS CONSTITUTE YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO PAY FOR SUCH AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS. YOUR AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO BE BOUND BY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS APPLIES TO ALL RECORDS RELATING TO ALL TRANSACTIONS YOU ENTER INTO ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING NOTICES OF CANCELLATION, POLICIES, CONTRACTS, AND APPLICATIONS. In order to access and retain your electronic records, you may be required to have certain hardware and software, which are your sole responsibility.
REFUND POLICY
You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the purchase of your premium content or products provided that you have not used any products or used any premium content, including (but not limited to) searching for CPT codes. Physicians Office Resource does not provide a refund on premium content if you have used any of the premium content services or solutions.
